The restaurant works with Her Majesty’s Prison Service to train and rehabilitate prisoners.

Your server or chef may be learning how to engage with the public and step into a new life that’s crime-free.

Guests will enjoy a unique dining experience, and fresh, seasonal ingredients are used in every meal. The restaurant is attached to the Cardiff prison, and it’s run by inmates. While the experience isn’t for everyone, you’ll find that the food is delicious.

The atmosphere is posh.
